Membership Contributions:
Contributions are payable monthly in advance, in full, to ensure membership for the month.
Cover Duration:
Cover is provided on a month-to-month basis to all members recorded on the monthly schedule.
Reserve Accumulation:
These plans do not accumulate reserves, so contributions are payable for life.
Surrender Values:
There are no surrender values when cover ceases.
Automatic Cease of Cover:
Cover will automatically cease upon the non-payment of contributions, and the membership will lapse.
Coverage for Disabled Children:
Mentally impaired, permanently and totally physically disabled children are covered until their death or as long as the principal member participates in the plan. Common law and civil marriages are recognized by the plan.
Membership Application:
Membership application forms must be fully and accurately completed.
Service Provider:
Goodies Funerals is a service provider, and funeral services are provided according to the selected benefit option.
Accuracy of Information:
If it comes to the attention of Goodies Funeral Directors that any of the information provided is inaccurate, membership may be canceled, and no claims under this plan will be considered for payment.
Price Changes:
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Waiting Period for Plus Policies:
Plus Policies have a 6-month waiting period.
Exclusion of Third-Party Costs:
Third-party costs are not included.
Legal Representation:
Goodies Funerals is a juristic representation of an authorized FSP 52011.
